Jungle Ballroom

Jungle Ballroom - A new modern-tropical cocktail bar & lounge sat upon historic Duxton Hill in Singapore. A space that celebrates the ultra vibrancy of South East Asia through ingredients, drinks and sensations. Mash created the branding through logo marks, illustrations and collateral items that included feature cocktail menu, lapel pins, house cocktail bottle labels, business cards, bill folder and brand style guide. Mash played on the theme of unexpected sparks of colour to contrast with the silvers, greys and greens of the interior space. An intentional juxtaposition to reflect the ultra vibrancy of the Singapore city. Playing on this approach, we illustrated a series of abstract images, representing the clash of colourful man made Singapore with elements of tropical rainforest. Mash searched the world for the brightest, colour rich material for collateral. A paper stock beyond your standard fluorescent colours was eventually found, complete with metal silver flecks. The cocktail menu holder features custom die-cuts, a sneak peak of what's to come and a play on the "ball' in "ballroom".
